Perfect hotel for a lovely holiday in Istanbul. The location is excellent, close to public transport, and a 10-minute walk to Taksim Square. Despite the central location, the hotel is a bit hidden, so it is quiet inside the rooms. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Sam in particular was like family, going far beyond his job to make us feel comfortable, and Ardalan helped upgrade our room so we could stay on the same floor as our children. The hotel is absolutely perfect, the rooms are clean, towels and bed linen are changed daily, and we loved our stay here — we’d recommend it to everyone.
