 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. By far the nicest hotel from my travels in Istanbul. The staff are so incredibly lovely and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is prime for markets, restaurants, a great Hammam and close to the main roads for the rest of Istanbul. I will definitely be back

We arrived at 5 o’clock in the morning.They assisted us with getting our room very earlier and showed us where to see our first Istanbul sunrise.
Hotel is near Bosphorus river and easy access to tram and busses.

Hotel staff are awesome - very friendly, loves a chat, and give good advice. We had dinner at one of their recommendations and it was one of our favourite meals in Instanbul. Hotel was able to book us a private tour, and they also organised our airport transfers for a good price. Location was super central - short tram ride to the old town, and so many restaurants and shops within 4 mins walk. Galatia tower was also super close. Very happy with our stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Εξαιρετική εμπειρία – Value for money 100%! Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας στο Doris Palace στην Κωνσταντινούπολη. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικό σημείο, πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα σημαντικά αξιοθέατα και τις περιοχές ενδιαφέροντος, ώστε να μπορείς να μετακινηθείς πολύ εύκολα με τα πόδια. Το δωμάτιο και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ήταν πολύ καθαροί και προσεγμένοι, ενώ αυτό που ξεχωρίσαμε ιδιαίτερα ήταν το ευγενικό, φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν και να κάνουν τη διαμονή μας όσο πιο ευχάριστη γίνεται. Για την τοποθεσία, την καθαριότητα, την εξυπηρέτηση και την τιμή, θεωρώ ότι το ξενοδοχείο προσφέρει 100% value for money. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά σε επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στην Κωνσταντινούπολη. We stayed here for 6 days in September. It's a lovely small hotel on a quiet street not far from the Galata Tower. Our room on the top floor had a balcony and a great view over the city of Istanbul. The room was pleasant and clean. The staff were lovely and very attentive. Breakfast was nice with a good range of options. The hotel arranged taxis to the airport for us and a trip to a Turkish bath. Overall a great experience thank you. There are a lot of hotels in Istanbul and it is hard to know which to choose. This is a simple small hotel in a quiet location.

I had a wonderful stay at Doruk Palas Hotel. The hotel was lovely, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made my experience special was Nazanin from the reservations team. Nazanin was absolutely amazing from the very beginning. She was incredibly helpful, kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and that I felt well taken care of. Her warm and friendly attitude made a huge difference, and she was always willing to help whenever I needed anything. It’s rare to come across someone who is this genuinely caring and professional. Nazanin is a real asset to the hotel, and her excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate all the help and kindness she showed me. I would definitely recommend Doruk Palas Hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you, especially to Nazanin, for making my experience so memorable!
