Istanbul exceeded my expectations, and I’ll be staying here every time I come back. The location is excellent. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk from either the tram to take you to the historic district or the metro line to take you to the airport.

Wonderful stay. We had such a great time at the Union Hotel. The building is really well located next to the ferry and bus and key tourist sites. While the street can get a bit noisy at times, we loved the view we got from our clean room. Most of all, the staff was super friendly and kind. We loved Ana’s recommendations from organizing shows in the city to giving us the best restaurant suggestions and also interacting with the kind gentleman from Kashmir. We would definitely return to the hotel and recommend others looking for an affordable option in the city to live here :) … They make the hotel stay truly comfortable: welcome drinks upon arrival, themselves offered to change the room for the best, constant tea/coffee offers, requests are gladly fulfilled. We would love to recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay again!!!
