Josh BlundenTraveling from Australia. 2 couples in 2 rooms. We had an amazing stay. Hotel staff are awesome - very friendly, loves a chat, and give good advice. We had dinner at one of their recommendations and it was one of our favourite meals in Instanbul. Hotel was able to book us a private tour, and they also organised our airport transfers for a good price. Location was super central - short tram ride to the old town, and so many restaurants and shops within 4 mins walk. Galatia tower was also super close. Very happy with our stay. Would stay here again without hesitation.Load more

Tijs YesilkagitIk heb hier een geweldig verblijf gehad met een vriendengroep van 6 mannen (rond de 25 jaar oud). Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en helpt je graag met tips over de stad en het maken van reserveringen bij restaurants, het boeken van taxi etc. De kamers zijn goed en van alles voorzien en het ontbijt is ook heerlijk, en dat alles voor een hele goede prijs. Het hotel zit in een goede straat/ leuke wijk en je loopt zo de stad in. Kortom: Union Plat Inn is een enorme aanrader en ik kom zeker terug! zeynep yeniceAlles bestens! Die Lage ist perfekt 👌. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber das stört nicht da man in Istanbul eher unterwegs ist als im Zimmer. Ansonsten sei es vom Service, Freundlichkeit und Qualität des Hotels einfach nur spitze 🤩 ! Kann man tatsächlich nur weiter empfehlen. In der Umgebung sind auch gute kleine Cafés und Restaurants…. El problema inicial lo provocó Agoda, que envió el email de cancelación a una dirección de correo que no era la mía, lo que hizo que terminara pagando dos hoteles en Estambul. Se lo expliqué al hotel antes de nuestra llegada y envié tres emails solicitando una solución, pero nunca recibí respuesta. Al llegar, expliqué personalmente la situación y nos aseguraron que buscarían una solución. Nos pidieron que confiáramos en ellos, pero nunca cumplieron lo prometido: ni durante nuestra estancia ni después de marcharnos. Además, pagamos una habitación Doble Superior que era muy pequeña, estaba en la primera planta y justo encima de una calle con cafeterías, un supermercado y tráfico constante, con bastante ruido. Lo más decepcionante no es solo la habitación, sino la absoluta falta de atención y de responsabilidad hacia el cliente una vez que ya habían cobrado. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue, making it so easy to explore the city while still enjoying a quiet, comfortable retreat. The rooms are spotless, modern, and provide an excellent space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. What truly makes this place special is the staff. The Manager was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and eager to help with recommendations and requests. For a 4-star hotel, the service and quality far exceeded my expectations. Patrick GordonGreat view. Hotel staff only interested to get commissions from their selected tours. When you refuse they just ignore you, but they are nice enough. Air conditioner hardly works. DO not take their airport transport. Waited 20 minutes at the airport for a dirty van with no seatbelts. The view was extraordinarily, Get a top floor. Glenys LindnerGreat hotel. There are two buildings, 1 with lift access and 1 with stairs access only. I paid for a cheaper room with stair access only, would not recommend for people with disabilities; book the lift access. I'm 62 years old and managed the stairs easily. Room was beautifully large and modern. Public transport including ferries, funicular, trains and trams are easily accessed. 김성운카파도키아에서 늦게 출발해서 체크인 시간이 많이 늦었음에도 불구하고 정말 친절하게 맞아주셨습니다. 객실 상태도 아주 깨끗하고 만족스러웠어요. 바로 앞에 초등학교(?)가 있어서 종소리가 계속 났지만 방해받을 정도는 아니였습니다. 체크아웃 할 때는 더욱 더 감동 받았습니다. 너무 친절한 매니저 Sam 덕분에 기분 좋은 체크아웃 할 수 있었습니다. 이스탄불에 다시 오게 된다면 이 숙소로 무조건 올거에요~~Load more
