This was our second visit and we were very pleased again. The hotel has a very warm and friendly atmosphere, and the staff are incredibly cheerful and attentive. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the view was truly beautiful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. And then there's the hotel cat, Mr. Osman, who became our favorite on this visit as well :) A place where we feel comfortable and happy 🤍🤍

Everything is perfect! We stayed for a weekend and had no problems. Great location of the hotel, but above all, we appreciated the professionalism, courtesy, and availability of the staff who made us feel at ease and contributed to experiencing this time in Istanbul in a relaxed and soft atmosphere. Highly recommended!

This is the best accommodation in Istanbul. The view is amazing, and the owner is so kind. The location, condition, and cleanliness of the place are absolutely perfect. I think I would stay here again if I came back!!

DORUK PALASThe location was perfect! Very close to Galeta tower and the bridge that takes you over the Bosphorus to the old district. You can see the water, Hagia Sophia, and the blue mosque from your hotel window. The staff was really friendly and have two sweet kitties. It’s coffee shop meets hotel kind of vibes. Would stay here again.

UNION KARAKOYWe love the stay here, it’s so accessible to all tourist spots especially Galata tower and galataport. All are within walking distances, the room is clean and well furnished. The view is just so impressive. Recommend to stay when visiting Istanbul.

Kesinlikle bir dahaki İstanbul seyahatlerimde başka bir adres aramaya gerek kalmayacak bir hizmet anlayışları var. Gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz. Otelin konforu, hizmet anlayışı, hijyeni her şeyi gayet dört dörtlük. Her isteğimize olumlu ve çözümcü yaklaştılar. Harika bir ekip ve otel yönetimi gerçekten.

UNION PORTThis is a boutique hotel, clean, and in a great location. But what really made our stay special was the staff. During our stay in Istanbul, we stayed in 6 different hotels, and the hospitality at Union Hotel was by far the best. San, Ardalan, and Maryam are wonderful. They made us feel so welcomed, and we felt like we’ve known them for years! What a wonderful hospitality. They even helped us with a transfer to a different hotel, which wasn’t even their responsibility. So kind! We highly recommend this hotel!
